Our client is seeking BCBAs for Essex County Beginning in September. Starting at $85/hour

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Assess behavior: Observe clients to identify behavior challenges
* Create treatment plans: Design individualized plans to help clients improve their behaviors
* Set goals: Help clients set realistic goals
* Monitor progress: Keep detailed records of client progress
* Train others: Supervise and instruct others in the field
* Conduct research: Learn about new techniques and apply findings to their work
* Collect data: Gather data to assess the effectiveness of treatment plans
* Develop materials: Create resources and professional learning for staff and other professionals
* Manage caseloads: Manage clients and prepare required documentation

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
* Minimum of a Master's Degree
* Minimum of two (2) years experience in Child Study field
* NJ State Certifications
* Experience treating young adult populations
* Ability to complete and pass background checks prior to starting
* School based experience with Administrative Codes, Rules and Regulations
* Experience with Time Management, Deadlines, Diverse School Settings
* Familiar with evaluations, therapy, and case management
* Must be willing to obtain register/archive fingerprints under Delta-T Group codes.
