We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a BCBA at True Progress Therapy, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Responsibilities Conduct initial assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans for clients Supervise and mentor Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Provide training and support to family members and caregivers on ABA techniques and strategies Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients Stay current with best practices in ABA and attend professional development opportunities to maintain certification Requirements Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education) Minimum 1 year of experience in ABA therapy or a related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, families, and interdisciplinary teams Compensation $75 - $100 HOURLY, depending on experience and qualifications If you share our passion for improving the lives of children and their families, and are committed to delivering exceptional ABA therapy services, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
