Cash Application Specialist

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Cash Application Specialist will manage customer payments, ensuring accurate and timely application to accounts while maintaining records and supporting the Accounts Receivable team. Key responsibilities Import and process customer payments across all business units, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Make decisions on applying payments to the correct accounts and maintain records of all payments received Analyze customer accounts for short payments and manage the deduction process accordingly Required qualifications Minimum 1 year experience working with large data sets Minimum 1 year proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including Filters, Formulas, VLookups, and Pivots Minimum 1 year experience in an Accounts Receivable or Cash Application role preferred Bachelor of Science degree preferred Bi-lingual in English and Spanish at a proficient level for verbal and written communication
