Hodgson Russ LLP, a regional law firm with 230+ attorneys in 10 offices, is seeking a Legal Assistant to join our team, resident in the Buffalo office. This role requires exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in legal procedures and terminology. If you excel in a fast-paced environment and are committed to providing top-notch administrative support in a timely manner and following firm policies and procedures, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity. You will work with attorneys, paralegals, and other legal and administrative staff to service clients. To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, demonstrate an extraordinary level of discretion, ability to meet deadlines and focus on details. Associate's degree in business administration or a related field, with a minimum of three years of experience as a secretary/administrative assistant.
Hodgson Russ offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefit package, including medical, dental, vision, life, long term disability, flexible spending, 401(k), Paid Time Off, pension plan, and more. At this time, the good faith estimate of the annual salary range for this position, if the successful applicant is based in Buffalo is $49,200 to $60,450.
