Group Digital Product Manager, Marketing

Edwards Lifesciences seeks a Group Digital Product Manager to lead product management of AI-enabled screening solutions for mitral and tricuspid valve disease treatment. This role involves translating customer needs into product requirements, building business cases, and managing global launch readiness for innovative digital health solutions.
Responsibilities
- Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements for AI screening solutions
- Develop business case, value proposition, commercial model, and market positioning
- Lead global launch readiness including messaging, training materials, and adoption planning
- Partner with Advanced Innovation & Technology team on product development and claims strategy
- Track post-launch adoption and customer feedback to inform product roadmap
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field with 10+ years work experience
- Master's degree with 8+ years sales, marketing, or healthcare industry experience
- Project management and cross-functional team leadership experience
- Strong clinical knowledge of cardiac therapies and healthcare adoption challenges
- Experience launching digital health, AI-enabled, or software products with demonstrated adoption
- Working knowledge of software as a medical device development and FDA SaMD guidance
- Global or multi-region product launch experience
Compensation: $145,000 to $205,000 base (California)
