Job Summary
Our client is a large pharmaceutical company that is seeking a detail-oriented Document Archival Specialist to support a document archival and records migration project. This position will assist with transferring physical and electronic documents into the company's InfoLinks document management system, relocating documents between vault/storage locations, and ensuring records are properly organized and transported.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable performing repetitive document-handling tasks in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities
Assist with the transfer and archival of documents into the InfoLinks system.
Organize, sort, label, and prepare documents for archival and relocation.
Move documents between designated vault and storage locations.
Pack and prepare records for transportation according to established procedures.
Verify that documents and records are properly accounted for before and after transport.
Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of archived materials.
Perform quality checks to ensure records are placed in the correct location.
Follow established procedures for handling confidential and controlled documents.
Communicate any missing, damaged, or incorrectly located documents to project leadership.
Maintain an organized and clean work area.
