Ortho Clinic Nurse: Care Coordination & Fast-Paced Support

Fairfield Memorial Hospital is seeking a detail‑oriented, patient focused Clinic Nurse to support daily operations within our Ortho Clinic. This role manages incoming calls, coordinates precertifications and referrals, and collaborates with practitioners, nurses, management, and ancillary departments to deliver seamless patient care.
