Job Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and provide patient care according to nursing standards.
• Administer medications and treatments safely.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions.
• Document patient care accurately and report changes in condition.
• Follow physician orders and maintain patient safety.
• Maintain equipment and supplies for quality care.

Licensed & Certification:

• Current OH or Compact State RN nursing license.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification preferred.

• PALS certification
