The Role Part-time, approximately 15-25 hours per week. Mostly remote with occasional in-person collaboration in Marietta, GA. Flexible schedule for the right person. What You'll Do Own social media strategy and execution across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Produce short-form video content for listings, market updates, and brand storytelling Lead listing marketing campaigns: coming soon, just listed, open house, just sold Design listing collateral (brag sheets, flyers, feature sheets) in Canva Write blog posts, market reports, newsletters, and email campaigns Track engagement metrics and refine strategy based on performance What You Bring 5+ years in marketing with a focus on social media and content Proven track record growing audiences and engagement Expert in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Strong writing across luxury, professional, and lifestyle voices Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or similar) Experience with email marketing (Mailchimp a plus) Comfort with CRM tools (Monday.com a plus) Real estate marketing experience preferred Who You Are Self-starter who owns outcomes Sharp eye for design and copy Organized, deadline-driven, juggles multiple campaigns well Works independently with minimal oversight #J-18808-Ljbffr Ansley Real Estate Christie's International
