Candidate Pay Rate: $78 - $54.6 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on functional needs and goals
• Provide evidence-based interventions to improve strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and overall function
• Implement therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and neuromuscular re-education techniques as appropriate
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) License in Virginia
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
• Current CPR/BLS Certification (if required by the clinic)
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills

Education

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program

• Physical therapy evaluation and treatment planning
• Therapeutic exercise and manual therapy techniques
• Neuromuscular re-education and functional training
• Clinical documentation and compliance
• Patient education and communication
