Social Media Manager

Burlington, United States We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee and execute digital content strategies across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have at least three (3) years of hands‑on experience managing social media accounts, with a strong ability to balance creativity, analytics, and time management. This role requires managing a high volume of content across 20 social media accounts while maintaining consistent brand voice, engagement, and growth. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain 20 social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. Plan, create, and schedule a minimum of four (4) content posts per week per account, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with brand strategy. Produce and/or coordinate the creation of at least two (2) video content pieces per account per month, optimized for platform‑specific performance. Develop and execute monthly content calendars for all assigned accounts. Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and foster community interaction in a timely and professional manner. Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.), and adjust strategies accordingly. Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to align messaging and campaigns. Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone across all platforms. Manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Requirements Minimum of three (3) years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Demonstrated experience managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously (preferably 10+ accounts). Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. Experience with content scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar). Basic graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines. Analytical mindset with experience using insights and data to improve performance. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team. Workload Expectations This role requires managing a high volume of deliverables, including: 80 content posts per week (4 posts × 20 accounts) Candidates must demonstrate the ability to maintain quality and consistency while handling this workload efficiently.
