Your Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and inspire a dynamic team of 20+ employees
Manage P&L , drive sales, and control costs effectively
Ensure compliance with Dunkin’ standards & food safety
Create a guest-first culture and resolve issues with care
Execute marketing promotions & new product rollouts

What We’re Looking For:

Proven restaurant/retail management experience (QSR preferred)
Strong financial and leadership skills
Ability to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable
High school diploma or equivalent; college a plus
