Our office is looking for individuals with a heart of gold and a passion for making a difference. Providing excellent caregivers to our clients is one of our greatest assets.As an independent contractor, you may appreciate:Ability to negotiate your pay based on care being provided. Our suggested rate based on market research is $18.00 per hour (hourly) and $180.00 per day (live-in).Choose your schedule based on your own lifestyle and preferences.Choose your clients: We let you know upfront what care a client is going to need.We are currently looking for caregivers to provide services to clients in and between the following areas (including but not limited to):Chester County: West Chester, Malvern, Berwyn, Devon, King of Prussia, Exton, Downingtown, Coatesville, Honey Brook, Chester Springs, Pottstown, Phoenixville, Oxford, Avondale, Kennett Square, Landenberg, and more!Lancaster County: Gap, New Holland, Lancaster, Morgantown, Quarryville, Willow Street, Millersville, Denver, Conestoga, Peach Bottom, and more!Caregiver Requirements:2 or more years of experience with caregivingA driver’s license and a reliable vehicle for hourly caregivers; a State ID for live-in caregiversCar insuranceCriminal background check and child abuse clearanceTB test or chest x-ray, or QuantiFERON Gold Test
