When you join us, you are not just taking a job; you are becoming part of a mission to help our greatest generation live their best life every day.What We OfferCompetitive hourly pay: $13 – $15 per hour.Flexible scheduling.Ongoing training and support.Compassionate and team-oriented work environment.Growth opportunities within the agency.ResponsibilitiesProvide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility).Offer companionship and supervision support in the client's home or facility.Monitor client health status and report any changes immediately to the coordinator.Document activities and observations in Well-Sky.Maintain active and timely communication with the scheduling team.Mandatory RequirementsValid driver's license1 year or more of experience as a CaregiverCNA, HHA & CPR/First Aid CertificationReliable personal transportation to travel between clients.Eligibility to work in the U.S.Schedule availability for morning, afternoon, night shifts, and weekends.Social Security Number (SSN)Active cell phone for communication with the team and clients.
