General Manager - High-Volume Grab-and-Go (Daytime) - Sarasota, FL - $60,000-$70,000 per year

We're a fast-growing daytime concept opening new Sarasota locations in 2026, and we're looking for a General Manager who leads from the floor, develops people, and sets the tone every single morning. This is a high-speed, grab-and-go operation where execution, throughput, and hospitality all happen fast. If you're ready to run your own house without giving up your nights and weekends, this is the seat.

What You'll Own:

• Lead daily operations of a fast-paced, high-volume daytime shop with a lean, motivated team
• Run a tight morning rush with speed, accuracy, and consistency
• Develop and coach team members into future leaders and create real accountability
• Set the pace on the floor so every guest gets a fast, upbeat experience
• Get the most out of a lean crew through sharp scheduling, hiring, and hands-on leadership
• Own your numbers: labor, inventory, ordering, and daily execution
• Train at our Northeast locations during onboarding, then bring that playbook home to Sarasota

✅ What Makes You a Fit:

• 3+ years leading a high-volume daytime, fast-casual, or QSR concept as a GM or strong AGM
• You develop people and promote from within, and you can point to leaders you've grown
• You lead from the floor, build accountability, and thrive with lean staffing at high volume
• You're flexible to travel out of state for training
• You're available for early morning through early afternoon operations
