Key Responsibilities

• Expert Diagnostics & Repair: Address customer concerns regarding drain and sewer lines using advanced equipment (snakes, hydro-jetting, and camera/locate technology).

• Project Estimating: Evaluate underground utilities, diagnose the root cause of the issue, and provide customers with accurate, transparent options and job estimates.

• Customer Representation: Deliver professional, courteous, and high-quality service, ensuring detailed invoicing and clear communication throughout the process.

• Compliance & Safety: Ensure all work meets federal, state, local regulations, and company standards.

Position Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in drain cleaning service (residential, commercial, or industrial environments).

• Skills: Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical problems and estimates clearly to homeowners.

• Credentials: Valid driver’s license required. Knowledge of local plumbing codes is highly preferred.

• Professionalism: Personable, ethical, and dedicated to delivering a 5-star customer experience.
