We are looking to hire a Business Operations Manager to join our team! You will be reporting directly to leadership and will be responsible for overseeing the following activities of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer
• • Payroll (ADP),
  • Benefits and insurance management,
  • and Timesheets/Expenses Reimbursements
• Perform monthly financial tasks including
• • Billing/Invoicing,
  • AP/AR and payment collections,
  • Cash flow
  • QuickBooks Bookkeeping and month end closing + reconciliations coordination with offsite Accountant
  • All AP including Vendor and Subconsultant Payments and Contract Renewals
• Manage office records, licenses, insurance, and certifications
• Provide administrative assistance to leadership team
• Assist firm leadership in human resource coordination, including onboarding/offboarding, time off requests, Office Policy Manual updates, retirement benefits, etc.)
• Plan and oversee maintenance/upkeep of work facilities

​ Qualifications:

• 5+ years of office management or business operations experience
• Experience with ADP payroll and benefits administration
• Experience with QuickBooks Online
• AP/AR and bookkeeping experience
• HR administration and employee onboarding experience
• Demonstrable organization and project management skills 
• Experience in architecture, engineering, construction, or professional services environment preferred
