Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Administrator to help our global HR strategy and operations. As a key member of the team, you will drive organizational culture, talent development, and strategic HR initiatives to align with our business objectives at all 4 of our Georgia locations (Sandy Springs, Gainesville, Athens, Young Harris). Key Responsibilities (In collaboration with the VP of Operations) Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the company’s vision and business goals. Lead initiatives in talent acquisition, development, retention, and succession planning to attract and retain top talent. Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation, benefits, and rewards programs. Foster a culture of collaboration, and innovation to ensure employee engagement and satisfaction. Provide strategic guidance on organizational structure, workforce planning, and change management. Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions. Manage HR budgets and optimize HR technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Act as a trusted advisoron HR-related matters. Onboarding and offboarding of employees. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred (MBA or equivalent) is a plus. Proven track record of driving strategic HR initiatives in complex, fast-paced environments. Expertise in talent management, organizational development, and employee relations. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulatory compliance. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with leadership and stakeholders. Experience working in a multi-site organization is a plus.
