WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience in sales, preferably roofing, construction, or home improvement.
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
• High ethical standards, honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to homeowners' properties for scheduled appointments.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily appointment schedule.
• Full-time availability and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attend pre-scheduled appointments at homeowners' properties.
• Present our metal roofing products, benefits, and available options.
• Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate roofing solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals and assist customers through the buying process.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up with prospective customers.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals.
