This role operates at the program level—similar to a “mini‑controller”—supporting active programs across engineering, manufacturing, and R&D environments.This position is ideal for a candidate with strong cost accounting, contract, and program finance experience who enjoys partnering cross‑functionally and driving financial visibility at the project level. Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary finance partner for assigned programs and projectsPrepare quarterly profit and cash reporting at the program levelTrack, analyze, and forecast program costs, margins, and cash flowManage invoicing and milestone billing; partner with AR for collectionsPerform variance analysis, estimates‑to‑complete (ETC), and estimates‑at‑completion (EAC)Support revenue recognition activities with working knowledge of ASC 606Assist with audits (internal, external, and government, as applicable)Prepare monthly program financial packages and ad‑hoc analysisCollaborate closely with Program Managers, Contracts, and Operations teams
