Built Rite Specialties, LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Commercial Installer / Construction Laborer to join our dedicated installation team. This role involves installing Division 10 specialties on commercial construction projects such as schools, office buildings, and healthcare facilities throughout the Greater Houston area. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, works safely, and thrives in a collaborative environment with opportunities for skill advancement and cross-training.

$16.00-$20.00 per hour , based on experience, plus overtime opportunities.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Day shift
• Occasional overtime

Responsibilities

• Install restroom partitions, toilet accessories, lockers, visual display boards, markerboards, tackboards, fire extinguisher cabinets, wall protection, shelving, and expansion joints
• Operate hand tools, power tools, laser levels, drills, and other construction equipment safely and efficiently
• Measure, lay out, and install products with precision
• Maintain a clean and organized work area on active commercial construction sites
• Follow safety protocols while working at heights using ladders and lifts
• Coordinate with team members and work independently with support as needed
• Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications and quality standards
• Travel daily to job sites within the Greater Houston area

Required Qualifications

• Valid Texas Driver’s License (Required)
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and any required school district clearances (Required)
• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
• Strong commitment to safety compliance on job sites
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and workmanship quality
• Physically able to lift and carry 50+ pounds and work in a construction environment.

Work Location
