This role offers the flexibility to work in a hybrid arrangement of full onsite from our Irvine headquarters. You'll be a key role in supporting employees, office technology, and IT infrastructure by maintaining end-user devices, assisting with desktop support, and helping ensure our system run smoothly. Schedule: Monday - Thursday; 7:00AM to 11:30AM PST Compensation Range: $25 to $30 per hourWhat You'll DoBuild and maintain end user hardware (laptops and desktops)Assist the Desktop Support Specialist with endpoint inventory managementBuild and maintain desktop image systems and processesShip and receive laptops, servers, and other IT suppliesPerform all office-related IT tasks, including managing office networks, security systems, and computing peripheralsAssist the Desktop Support Specialist with desktop support tickets as neededEnsure that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational valuesAssist the Senior Sysadmins on-location at company data center as neededAssist the Desktop Support Specialist in creating training materials and other documentation pertaining to company computer usage and policyWhat We're Looking ForAssociate degree in Information Technology, Computer/Information Science, or related disciplineExtensive knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systemsMinimum 2 years of practical IT experienceAll offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
