Primary Duties
Answering Phones
Screening applicants for position requirements
Use of IHire/Indeed pulling applicants and leaving status (Applicant Tracking System)
Verifying applicants for Orientation
Calling applicants for drug testing, badge appointments, etc.
Follow up on applicants waiting for drug tests, badges, etc.
Prepare a log to track all calls.
Efficient in payroll
Requirements
Need to know Microsoft office, (excel, word)
Organizational skills
Dependable
Attention to detail
Monday through Friday
8:30 am 5:00 pm
