Tech Transactions Counsel: AI, SaaS & Data Privacy

KPMG LLP in New York seeks an Assistant General Counsel, Contracting and Technology, to join our Office of General Counsel. The role focuses on drafting and negotiating complex technology transactions, DPAs, BAAs and ISAs, and advising product teams on privacy and information security issues.

The successful candidate will have at least eight years in tech transactions and data privacy, a JD, and strong ability to translate technical concepts for executives while managing high-volume negotiations.
