What You'll Do

• Customer Engagement: Greet and assist showroom and lot customers, consulting on their vehicle needs and delivering exceptional service.

• Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on vehicle specs, features, safety ratings, and technology to conduct thorough, high-quality vehicle demonstrations.

• Relationship Building: Utilize dealership CRM systems to complete pre- and post-sale follow-ups, maintain customer relationships, and grow your client base.

• Sales Navigation: Guide customers through vehicle selection, trade-in valuations, financial products, and delivery processes.

• Showroom Presentation: Assist with lot and showroom setup, ensuring vehicles are clean, properly displayed, and ready for test drives.

What We're Looking For

• Customer-Centric Mindset: Prior experience in sales, hospitality, restaurant/bartending, or customer-facing roles is a major plus-no automotive experience required!

• Communication Skills: Energetic, professional, and confident interpersonal communication.

• Goal-Oriented: Drive to meet and exceed sales objectives in a competitive, team-focused environment.

• Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work days, evenings, and Saturdays as business needs require.

• Requirements: Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
