What You'll Do

• Customer Engagement: Greet and assist showroom and lot customers, consulting on their vehicle needs and delivering a remarkable purchase experience.
• Ford Product Expertise: Stay current on the latest Ford vehicle specifications, performance ratings, safety technology, and EV innovations to conduct engaging, high-quality customer demonstrations.
• Relationship Building: Utilize dealership CRM systems to execute thorough pre- and post-sale follow-ups, maintain customer trust, and expand your personal client base.
• Sales Navigation: Guide customers through vehicle selection, trade-in equity evaluations, finance options, and smooth delivery processes.
• Showroom Presentation: Assist in preparing the showroom and sales lot, ensuring vehicles are clean, accessible, and ready for test drives.

What We're Looking For

• Customer-Centric Focus: Experience in retail, hospitality, food & beverage, personal training, or customer-facing roles is highly valued-no previous automotive experience required!
• Communication Skills: Energetic, professional, and confident interpersonal skills.
• Drive to Succeed: Competitive, career-focused mindset with a goal-oriented attitude.
• Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work days, evenings, and Saturdays as operational needs require.
• Requirements: Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
