A respected Medford law firm is seeking a professional and compassionate Bilingual Office Coordinator to join their team immediately.

Bilingual Office Coordinator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $17.00 to $22.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )
- Prepare, draft, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and filings
- Maintain and organize case files, calendars, and deadlines
- Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel professionally
- Conduct basic legal research and gather case-related information
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation and case management
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Bilingual Office Coordinator Qualifications:
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
- Must be able to read, write, and speak fluently in both languages
- Previous office, administrative, medical office, legal, or customer service experience preferred
- Proficient working with computers and Microsoft Office
- Able to work efficiently and accurately in fast paced or high stress environment
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
