Reports To: Warehouse Manager

Status: Part time, Non-Exempt Pay range $16 - $19 per hour

Purpose and Summary Statement: Under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, this position performs the administrative duties required within this job description.

Essential Job Functions:

• Responsible for the billing of energy and turf products and services.
• Assists in inventory control and investigates any inventory discrepancies.
• Provides superior customer service, both to phone and walk in customers.
• Assists in coordination of facility orders and completes any necessary paperwork associated with those orders.
• Utilizes spreadsheets to compile data and utilizes that data for reporting and assisting in inventory management.
• Assist in ordering route loads from distribution center.
• Responsible for managing petty cash and preparing bank deposits.
• Responsible for maintaining an organized and efficient filing system.

Other Job Functions: Performs all other duties as assigned.

Requirements: Normally requires a High School diploma, or the equivalent thereof, and 2 - 3 years or more of office related work experience to demonstrate advanced knowledge of professional communication skills, typing proficiency and Microsoft Office programs. Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record. Demonstrated essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
