Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Assignment Details

• Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday: 8 AM - 7 PM with 1-hour lunch.
• Wednesday and Friday: 8 AM - 1 PM.
• Patients are scheduled on the hour.
• Double-booking for return visits.
• Evaluations are scheduled for 1 full hour.
• Average patient volume is 13-14 patients per day.
• Typical volume is approximately 2 patients per hour, with occasional volume up to 3 patients per hour.
• 1 tech per clinic for support.
• EMR: TurboPT.

Villa Rica, Georgia offers access to both outdoor recreation and regional travel.
