Medical Office Operations Lead

Hennepin County Medical Center

Hennepin Healthcare in Minneapolis, MN, seeks an experienced administrative professional to support Medicine Chief-Pro Services. You will provide high-level administrative support to the Medical Office Manager, Department Chief, Assistant Chief, Program Director, and Division Directors, ensuring smooth daily operations.

You will manage calendars, referrals, credentialing, budgeting, payroll reporting oversight, and staff recruitment coordination.
