Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract role is dedicated to supporting elementary students with a caseload of 53 learners. You will collaborate closely with an on-site aide, ensuring that each student receives individualized attention and support to help them thrive in their communication goals.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Minimum of one year of experience working in a school setting, especially with elementary students
- Proficiency with virtual therapy platforms and digital documentation
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Tech-savvy, with a reliable internet connection for remote work
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions for elementary-age students with the assistance of an on-site aide
- Complete speech, language, and communication assessments and develop tailored intervention plans
- Document student progress and maintain detailed records in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
- Partner closely with families, teachers, and allied staff to support carryover of skills in the classroom and at home
- Attend virtual IEP and progress review meetings as required
- Adapt therapy plans based on student response and evolving needs
