Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state licensure and ASHA CCC-SLP certification
• Experience delivering speech therapy services in school settings, preferably with elementary students
• Skilled in virtual therapy platforms and online case management tools
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Commitment to individualized student success and professional ethics

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and deliver therapy to an elementary caseload of 53 students virtually
• Collaborate with the on-site aide, teachers, and caregivers to implement and monitor student progress
• Maintain thorough documentation, progress notes, and compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student evaluations and multidisciplinary teams
• Provide resources and training to families and staff as needed for continued student development
