Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time, contract position offers the flexibility of working virtually while still making a meaningful difference. Collaborate closely with a dedicated on-site aide, ensuring seamless therapy sessions and support for a caseload of 53 eager learners.

What You'll Bring:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state speech-language pathology license (or eligibility for licensure)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) highly preferred
• Experience in school-based or virtual therapy settings
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfort working with elementary-aged students and managing an engaging virtual classroom
• Proficiency with teletherapy technology and digital resources

In This Role, You Will:

• Deliver individualized and group therapy virtually to a diverse elementary caseload
• Partner with an on-site aide to coordinate sessions and materials
• Develop and implement IEP goals, document student progress, and attend virtual IEP meetings as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student growth
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports in a timely manner
• Adjust therapeutic strategies to fit each student’s needs for optimal developmental outcomes
