Bilingual Leasing Consultant Floater

Integra Staffing is hiring a Bilingual (English & Spanish) Leasing Consultant Floater. This role is focused on leasing apartments, delivering excellent resident service, and supporting the onsite team with strong follow-up and organization. The Leasing Consultant is the first impression of the community greeting prospects, touring, converting leads, and helping keep occupancy strong. This is a great fit for someone outgoing, dependable, and sales-minded who enjoys helping people find their next home. This role will be a floater between 2-3 properties within a 10-mile range.

Pay: $18/hr. (pay negotiated once hired +benefits offered)

Schedule: MonFri, 8:00am5:00pm (some properties may require Saturdays with a day off during the week)

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents in-person, by phone, text, and email
• Conduct community and model tours; highlight features, amenities, and neighborhood benefits
• Convert leads into leases through strong follow-up, urgency, and relationship-building
• Manage leads in the property's CRM (Yardi, RealPage/OneSite, Entrata, etc. as applicable)
• Process rental applications, screening steps, and lease paperwork accurately and on time
• Explain pricing, specials, lease terms, and community policies clearly
• Support resident retention efforts (renewals, resident events, service follow-up as assigned)
• Assist with move-in coordination and resident onboarding
• Maintain a professional leasing office appearance and ensure marketing materials are stocked
• Work closely with the property manager and maintenance team to support occupancy goals

Required Qualifications (Must Have)

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable attendance and professional appearance
• Comfortable with sales goals, follow-up, and handling objections
• Basic computer skills (email, calendars, CRM/property software)
• Must have two forms of ID for employment eligibility
• Dress code: professional office attire (property-specific)
• Prior experience as a leasing consultant in apartments or property management
• Experience with Fair Housing compliance and leasing documentation
• Familiarity with Yardi, OneSite, Entrata, RealPage, or similar systems
• Weekend availability (if required by the property)
