Residential Counselor – MAP Location: Farm St, Millis, MA, US Salary: $20.00 to $23.75 hourly FLSA: Non-Exempt Responsibilities Provide rehabilitative support to adults in Group Living Environments (GLE), fostering skills for daily living and community integration. Key responsibilities include: Teach ADLs (cooking, budgeting, medication management) and socialization skills. Implement treatment plans and behavioral interventions under clinician guidance. Administer/supervise medications by MAP guidelines and document care. Transport residents to appointments and community activities. Advocate for residents’ needs and model healthy coping strategies. Maintain a safe, clean home environment and complete timely documentation. Qualifications High school diploma/GED; direct care experience preferred. MAP (Medication Administration Program) certification is required. Candidates without current certification must be willing to complete employer‑provided training and obtain certification within 3 months. Valid driver’s license and ability to assist with mobility (bending, standing, etc.). Strong communication skills (English) and basic computer proficiency.
