Landscaping Technician

Dillard's Corporate office is looking for a Landscaping Maintenance Technician to help maintain the grounds of the corporate campus.This is a full time, on-site position located at our Little Rock, Arkansas headquarters.Location: 1600 Cantrell Road Little Rock, AR 72201Hours: 7:00 AM-5:00PM (Hours may vary)A high level of attendance is required as an essential function of this position. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Mow and edge lawns, using power mowers and edgers Prune and trim trees, shrubs, and hedges using shears or pruners Care for established flower beds by fertilizing, laying new mulch, and replanting Care for established lawns by mulching, aerating, weeding, grubbing, removing thatch, and trimming and edging around flower beds, walks, and walls. Gather and remove litter Mix and spray fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides onto grass, shrubs, and trees using hand or automatic sprayers or spreaders Shovel snow from walks, driveways, and parking lots, and spread salt in those areas. REQUIRED SKILLS Strong work ethic with a safety focus Working well in groups as well as individually Knowledge of basic lawn maintenance About Us Dillard's was founded by William T.
