Looking for an exciting opportunity to work remotely from Quebec? We are seeking a dedicated Tech Support Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional bilingual (English/French) technical support. This is a temp-to-perm position that offers the chance to work from the comfort of your home while making a significant impact on our customers and partners.
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support for HumanWare products and technologies.
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding product functionality and issues.
- Maintain clear communication with customers about issue resolution timelines.
- Own the resolution process and escalate issues when necessary.
- Document customer interactions and RMA transactions thoroughly.
- Share technical tips with customers, distributors, and sales staff.
- Convey customer feedback to relevant teams.
- Test and evaluate new products and software updates.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills.
- Uphold a professional and service-oriented company image.
Requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Experience with technical products.
- Customer service oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Organized with excellent follow-through abilities.
- Punctual and responsible with a strong work ethic.
Preferences
- Degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent.
- Knowledge of CRM systems.
- Willingness to work on different shifts.
- Strong interest in technologies.
