Fallon Health’s Summit ElderCare in Massachusetts seeks a Therapeutic Recreation Coordinator to assess participants and develop individualized activity plans tailored to seniors. You will lead groups and individual activities, collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team, and help create a warm, engaging environment that supports cognitive, physical and social well-being.
