Overview The City of Ventnor is seeking a full-time Director of Recreation. The Director of Recreation is responsible for the management and leadership of the Recreation Department and to promote, organize, and administer a comprehensive community recreation program for the City under the supervision of the Business Administrator and Recreation Commission. Qualifications Possession of at least a B.A. in a related field is required. Valid certificate as a Recreation Administrator issued by the NJ Board of Recreation Examiners and/or Certification as a Parks and Recreation Professional issued by the National Recreation and Parks Association a plus. Ability to instruct fitness classes, yoga sports and overall health initiatives a plus. Compensation The salary range is $55,000 – $75K, dependent on qualifications and experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
