Director, Fund Accounting and Administration

We are looking for a Director on the Fund Accounting and Administration team to lead all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, client reporting, cash management, and third‑party service management for private credit investment vehicles. Key Responsibilities Lead quarter‑end close, financial reporting, and capital account statements for the fund. Prepare distribution recommendations in close collaboration with portfolio management, investment operations, and treasury. Work with internal partners to maintain an optimal operating model for the credit funds. Assist senior management with matters related to closings and terms of legal documents. Grow and manage a team dedicated to accounting and reporting for credit funds. Compile and review financial information for regulatory filings such as Form ADV/PF. Perform additional responsibilities as required. Required Experience 10+ years of experience in public and/or private accounting focused on the asset‑management industry, preferably with private credit asset management. Qualifications Technical understanding of U.S. GAAP, its application to asset management and private credit funds, and the ability to apply GAAP concepts to sophisticated transactions and complex fund structures. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask. Proven experience owning day‑to‑day operations with fund administrators, including communications for capital calls, distributions, redemptions, and financial reporting. Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and manage production calendars across multiple participants. Proactive, can‑do attitude to ensure all reporting and deliverables are completed on agreed timelines. Education Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. CPA preferred. Remuneration Base salary range: $190,000.00 – $200,000.00 USD. The role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on individual and firm performance.
