F&B CASHIER

PENN Entertainment is looking for a cashier to provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service to guests. Essential Functions Supply guests with information on services available on property. Assist guests in any way possible and direct them to tables. Ensure proper cash handling for all transactions. Ensure guests in each station are being properly attended. Maintain knowledge of current hotel & casino activities, beverage outlets and operations. Utilize proper procedures and documentation for transactions. Comply with all health and safety standards. Comply with company policies, procedures, rules, and regulations, and be available to work on a regular basis. Ensure that Superior Guest Service levels are met according to Standard Operating Procedures. May have to access gaming systems. Attend meetings as scheduled. Other job‑related duties as assigned. Qualifications Excellent communication and guest service skills. Cash handling experience and basic math ability. Some knowledge of food service procedures. Ability to deal courteously and tactfully with the public. Ability to understand and comply with all company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures. Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English.
