Job DescriptionRegistered Nurse (RN) – 5W Medical Telemetry \nDay Shift - (Hours: 7a -7p) Weekend & Holidays per department guidelines.\nWilmington, DE\n\nChristianaCare - Wilmington Hospital seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for our 5W Medical Telemetry Unit. \n\nThe Unit\n4N is a Medical Stepdown Unit caring for patients with diagnoses affecting all systems: Pneumonia, COPD, HF, Stroke, change in mental status, diabetes, wounds, UTI, Pancreatitis, stroke, and cellulitis. The patient population includes adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients. The unit provides staff with various learning experiences in a fast-paced environment.\n\nWorking on a mixed-acuity unit will allow you to be ACLS certified, learn from critical and emergent patient situations, and use best practice techniques from evidence-based care.
