Requirements Minimum of 5 years high volume restaurant/bar management Bar Manager must have experience with craft cocktails, draught beer and wine and show track record of developing high quality bartenders Personal philosophy that guests and employees come first Exceptional team building skills Track record of growing restaurant and bar sales by employee engagement, guest satisfaction and creative ideas Must have the drive and desire to be the best! Must be unflappable!
