Our team is creating the hardware foundation to make this revolution possible.RoleYou will work closely with the Science, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to fabricate highly technical wires, cables, harnesses, and RF systems. You will be responsible for developing and performing manufacturing procedures for critical wiring components for our dilution refrigerators as well as other product lines.Perform precise and delicate wire solderingTest and qualify wiring harnessesInstall and qualify wiring on complex equipmentFabricate and assemble RF wiring stacksProvide input on manufacturing processesTrack and maintain production schedulesUse VNA to perform RF testingPerform electrical troubleshootingRequired Skills and ExperienceStrong soldering skills, particularly with delicate assembliesBasic wiring/soldering troubleshooting skillsStrong micro-mechanical skillsAbility to interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, BOMs and other engineering documentationStrong safety-oriented mindsetAbility to work OT as neededDesired Skills and ExperienceAssociate degree in electrical technology or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience fabricating or working on RF systemsExperience working on machinery or industrial equipmentExperience working with a reflow ovenExperience operating a VNAExperience working with cryogenic systemsWhat We OfferCompetitive Compensation: Hourly pay rate $25-40/hour.
