Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, developing individualized treatment plans that are tailored to their specific circumstances.

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic services through individual, group, and family sessions, employing diverse therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others as appropriate.

• Work collaboratively with case managers, psychiatrists, and interdisciplinary teams to provide coordinated care, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive and holistic support.

• Respond to crisis situations by providing immediate support and intervention, utilizing your expertise to help clients navigate acute emotional distress.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives and educational programs aimed at promoting mental health awareness, reducing stigma, and empowering individuals to seek help.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse client base, including individuals from varying ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. You will have the opportunity to engage with clients who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, or other mental health challenges, enabling you to apply your skills in diverse and meaningful ways. Qualifications\n

• A valid, independent license is required: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

Compensation and Benefits\n

Matriarch Trauma-informed Care, Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials.
