As part of our continued growth, we're expanding our US sales team and adding a Sales Representative to our Tampa-based organization. You'll report directly to the General Manager and join an established team of sales professionals focused on acquiring new customers and driving business growth. Working closely with colleagues across sales, marketing, consulting, and leadership, you'll play an important role in expanding Dynaway's market presence and winning new business Your Role: At Dynaway, growth starts with identifying opportunities and building meaningful customer relationships. As a Sales Representative, your primary focus will be generating and winning new business. This role is ideal for a proactive, results-oriented sales professional who enjoys prospecting, creating opportunities, and guiding customers through the sales journey. Success requires persistence, curiosity, commercial acumen, and the ability to connect customer challenges with meaningful business solutions. Create and develop new sales opportunities through a combination of prospecting, networking, partner engagement, and targeted outreach. Build relationships with key decision-makers and develop a strong pipeline of qualified sales opportunities. Lead opportunities through the sales cycle, from initial engagement to successful close. Understand customer business challenges and position Dynaway solutions to deliver measurable value. Collaborate with internal teams and partners to maximize pipeline generation and sales success. You are an ideal candidate if You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. You have experience in sales, business development, account management, or a similar customer-facing role. You have experience from a software, SaaS, technology, or ERP-related business environment. You have a proactive, self-motivated approach to prospecting and pipeline generation. You have strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. You have experience with modern sales tools, Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem and knowledge of MEDDPICC is an advantage.
