Senior Construction Superintendent Location: Hauppauge, NY (On-Site) Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Compensation: $150,000–$200,000 base + discretionary bonus About the Role A well-established construction management and general contracting firm with 50 years of consistent growth is seeking two Senior Superintendents to lead field operations on complex commercial construction projects. This is a senior field leadership position with full ownership of on-site execution — directing crews, managing subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality, and driving projects to completion on schedule and within budget.
