Hotel General Manager

Searching for an experienced Hotel General Manager for our Courtyard by Marriott near The Battery in Atlanta, GA.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILTIES

Business Performance Leadership - Drive sustainable financial performance while protecting long-term asset value. While Department Heads focus on departmental expenses, a Valor GM drives excellence through total asset management. You move from managing a budget to protecting an investment. Commercial & Revenue Leadership - Drive top-line revenue through integrated sales, marketing, and revenue strategy. Operational and Guest Experience - Deliver consistent, high-quality operations and exceptional guest experiences that reflect a true sense of place. People & Culture Leadership - Build a high-performing, engaged team of Hotelitarians and develop the next generation of Valor leaders. Ownership, Stakeholder & Community Leadership - Represent the property with authenticity and conviction to owners, brand partners, and the local community. Adaptability, Judgement and Emotional Intelligence - Demonstrate agility, sound judgement, emotional intelligence, and resilience under pressure.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Previous experience as a GM for a limited or select-service hotel Marriott background preferred. Strong leadership and ability to develop others P&L management; budget building and financial acumen
