Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in the Cardiac Cath Lab/EP specialty. The role involves providing specialized nursing care for patients undergoing electrophysiology procedures within a clinical setting.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Administer pre-procedure assessments and ensure patient readiness for electrophysiology procedures.
  
  
• 
  Monitor and manage patient status during invasive cardiac interventions, ensuring safety and compliance.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with the medical team to facilitate smooth procedures and provide post-procedure care.
  
  
• 
  Document patient information, procedures, and outcomes accurately in accordance with hospital protocols.
  
  
• 
  Adhere to infection control standards and maintain sterile techniques throughout procedures.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients about procedures, recovery expectations, and post-discharge instructions.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid Registered Nurse license in the applicable state.
  
  
• 
  Minimum of 1 year of RN experience within Cardiac Cath Lab or Electrophysiology settings.
  
  
• 
  Strong knowledge of cardiac monitoring, electrophysiology procedures, and patient assessment.
  
  
• 
  Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
  
  
• 
  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, specialized clinical environment.
  
  
• 
  Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
