This role is responsible for staffing, productivity, and patient flow, while ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. The Clinical Service Manager supports staff development through hiring, coaching, and performance management, and is accountable for key performance indicators such as patient volume, documentation quality, and patient satisfaction. In collaboration with the Director of Rehabilitation and organizational leadership, this role helps maintain efficient clinic operations and supports broader organizational goals and initiatives. Required: Current South Carolina licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech Language Pathologist (SLP).
